Submit a Grievance1. A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to a college shall be addressed to the CSGRC, with the following composition:
2. The term of the members and the special invitee shall be two years.
3. The quorum for the meeting including the Chairperson, but excluding the special invitee, shall be three.
4. In considering the grievances before it, the CSGRC shall follow principles of natural justice.
5. The CSGRC shall send its report with recommendations, if any, to the Vice-Chancellor of the affiliating University and a copy thereof to the aggrieved student, within a period of 15 days.
1. A complaint by an aggrieved student relating to a Department, or School, or Centre of a University shall be addressed to the DSGRC with the following composition:
2. The term of the Chairperson, members, and the special invitee shall be of two years.
3. The quorum for the meeting, excluding the special invitee, shall be three.
4. The DSGRC shall submit its report with recommendations within 15 days.
1. Where a complaint does not relate to any academic Department, School or Centre, the matter shall be referred to the ISGRC with the following composition:
2. The ISGRC shall send its report with recommendations within a period of 15 working days.
1. The Vice Chancellor shall constitute USGRCs to consider grievances unresolved by CSGRC, DSGRC, or ISGRC:
2. The USGRC shall send its report and recommendations within 15 days.
3. Any student aggrieved by the decision of the USGRC may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within 15 days.
